Repair Ø26" Ø20" and Ø14-3/4 reamers!

This week at Matfor, repair of 3 reamers of different diameters, one Ø26", one Ø20" and one Ø14"-3/4.

The program for these 3 repairs includes:

• General tool condition inspection (bodies, knurls, threads)
• Removing damaged knurls
• Replacement with new wheels
• Pilot tool release locked on reamer
• Thread repair
• Weld inspection
